Shipping Time:

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that contact lens orders require 5 to 7 business days for processing, and eyewear orders may take 7 to 10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.

We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or FedEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to you. If your parcel is too large for a standard mailbox and no one can receive the parcel in person, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card with details on how to collect your order at your local post office.
