About 8-10% of males are color deficient compared with less that 1% of females. Most commonly red-green color confusion is the predominant feature. Signature Free Form Progressive Lens

The ability of these advanced lens generators allow the complex surfaces required to be on the inside surface of the lens, bringing the optics closer to the eye, thus expanding the field of vision in all areas of the lens. Prescription specific aspheric and atoric compensation on the internal lens surface flattens and thins the lens and improves the acuity at all distances. This allows precise personalization of the progressive lens optics to an individual’s own prescription. Exceptional control of off centre power errors and unwanted astigmatism result in minimal visual sway or swim. These fully internal free form progressive lenses lead the way in providing superior visual acuity and comfort at all distances.

Coatings

Hi-Def and Hi-Def + are part of a group of the most up-to-date Anti-Reflective coatings currently available. Industry bayer (scratch resistance) ratings for this generation of high quality antireflective coatings are in the 3.5-4.5 range. Our current Hi-Def and Hi-Def + are approximately a 4–5 rating.

In the beginning of 2008 our newest Hi-Def Carbon and Hi-Def Carbon + will revolutionalize the anti-reflective coating industry in that the bayer ratings will be in the 9-12 range.
